4. Identify changes to images, replicas, permissions, secrets, storage, ingress and disruption behaviour.
5. Stop for approval before changing shared or production clusters.
6. Apply the reviewed change, wait for rollout and inspect events, status and relevant logs.
7. Report evidence and a tested rollback command; never print secret data.
